TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR RENT SCOOTERS

GENERAL:

• Minimum age of driver is 18 years old.
• 
  
• Drivers must have driving experience of at least 2 years with B category for 50cc scooter, A1, A2 or A category is required for 125cc and 150cc scooters.
• 
  
• Minimum scooter rental period is 24 hours. The delay in returning the scooter is allowed up to one hour.
• 
  
• Fuel: the client receives the scooter with a full tank of fuel and must return the scooter in the same condition.
• 
  
• A deposit as a guarantee is required: €100 for the 50cc and 125cc class, €150 for the 150cc class and €500 for the 550cc class.
• 
  
• Border crossings: on request we can provide a special permit (you can drive a scooter outside of Montenegro, Croatia and Bosnia and
• Herzegovina only by prior arrangement with our company).
• 
  
• Scooters have basic third party insurance, damage done to the scooter is the client's responsibility.
• Parking, travel fines and lost keys are the client's responsibility.
• 
  
• Vehicle delivery to Budva is free of charge, and for other cities there is an additional charge.
• 
  
• Payment is due in advance by cash.
•
