The advance payment is from 20 to 100 euros and is included in the rental price. 100% payment for the booking is made after the customer has personally inspected the car
How is the deposit (security deposit) returned for the car?
On the day of car return, the client gets 100% of the deposit amount back (if all conditions of the contract are met).
The guarantee of return of deposit funds is specified in the Car Rental Agreement.
How is the amount of the deposit (security deposit) for the car determined?
The amount of the security deposit for the car is determined based on the class of the car, the age of the renter, and the driving experience.
The amount of the security deposit for the car:
Economy class, driving experience of more than 2 years is 100 euros.
Comfort class, driving experience of more than 2 years is from 100 to 200 euros.
Minivans, driving experience of more than 2 years - 100 euros.
For drivers with less than 2 years of experience (for economy class cars) and less than 4 years (for all other classes), the security deposit is calculated individually.
How is the time calculated when renting a car?
The rental period starts from the moment the contract is signed (+15-20 minutes) and is valid for exactly 24 hours.
If you need a car for more than 24 hours but less than 48 hours?
This is discussed individually when booking or when registering.
How can I extend a car that has already been rented?
To do this, you need to contact us in any convenient way (messenger, phone) before returning the car and, if available, extend the rental. If the car you are using is occupied by the next client, we will offer alternative options by car type (especially relevant during the high season).
Is there a limit (restriction) on the mileage of cars?
We provide cars with unlimited mileage for the entire rental period
Can I rent a car for taxi/delivery?
We take good care of our fleet and always monitor the condition of our cars, so our cars are NOT RENTED out for taxi/delivery
What to do if the car is taken away by a tow truck?
You need to contact us in any convenient way (messenger, phone). All our cars are equipped with GPS trackers and we can always track their location. The financial responsibility for the towed car due to the fault of the renter is borne by the renter.
Is there a transfer/car rental service with a driver?
The service is provided upon request, subject to the availability of cars and drivers
What are the terms of car rental?
We are different from other companies because we take into account the climatic conditions of our region, and we also take into account the needs of our clients, so the conditions are as simple as possible: the condition of the car when you took it = the same condition it was returned in.
For example: if you took a clean car, but half a tank = return the same, clean and half a tank.
During the inspection, a photo recording of the car is made. The condition of the body and interior is recorded in the contract. Everything is transparent! This is especially important in winter and autumn, when it is the rainy season in our region.
The situation is similar with gasoline - how much you drove, so much you refueled.
Overfilling of gasoline is not compensated.
What are the conditions for experience and age?
The minimum experience for renting economy class cars is from 2 years, age from 20. For renting comfort, business, premium, convertible, minivan class cars - the minimum experience is from 4 years, age from 23. Renters whose age is from 21 and experience is less than 2 years - some cars of the comfort and business categories are available for rent. The rental surcharge increases proportionally to the number of days. The deposit amount for drivers with insufficient experience may be increased. If I need to rent a car for more than 30 days, what are the conditions?
For long-term car rental for 30 days or more, special rates apply, which are available upon request. IMPORTANT! Car rental for taxi or delivery services - NOT CARRIED OUT.
