Yes, you may cancel your reservation at no extra charge, the latest 48 hours before your scheduled pickup. In case you fail to meet the cancellation deadline, you will be charged the full rental price.

The rental day is calculated based on a 24-hour rental period starting from the pickup time. There is a two-hour window for returning a car, and in case you return the car later, you will be charged the full rental day additionally.

You will receive the car with a full tank at your pickup, and you need to return the car with a full tank. Otherwise, additional charge (for the missing fuel and refueling service) will be applied.


We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

In case the police record shows it’s your fault in a collision accident, but you did not purchase the corresponding insurance plan, you are responsible to pay the amount charged, as agreed in the car rental contract. In case it ’s not your fault, you only need to present the police report to our representative or to our office.

Yes, you can, but you will need a signed approval by Car Rental. This service is subject to additional charges.

You need a driving license, valid for at least two years to date. We don’t accept the copies of your driving license. If your driving license is not issued in a Latin alphabet, you will need to present an official translation.

In case of an accident, it is very important to first contact the police by calling 122 and then inform the Car Rental representatives. We will make sure to provide the road assistance and a replacement vehicle. You will have to fill in and sign all needed paperwork, provided by the police.  Details about third parties involved in the accident should be submitted, as well.


In case you return your vehicle before the scheduled date and time, we will issue a refund for the remaining rental period.

In case the car is taken off-road, all insurances are null and void. Any potential vehicle damage attributed to off-road driving will be your responsibility, for an extra charge.

Yes, you can have an additional driver, who will also need a valid driving license. Please let us know about the additional driver at pickup. This information is relevant for the insurance purposes, and also for police records (in case you are being pulled over).


In many countries children below 135cm are required to sit in a child seat or booster. You can book the appropriate seats with Adriatic Car Rental for 2 EUR per day.


We recommend booking a car with the GPS navigation, to avoid any risk of getting lost.

We will send you an invoice, as soon as the vehicle is returned. In case you might have a particular request, do not hesitate to contact us, and we will do our best to be of assistance.

Yes, it is possible to extend the rental period. However, please bear in mind that during the summer season it is possible that we’ll be fully booked, and may not accommodate your request, due to availability issues. In those cases, we will try to provide you with a car from another car rental company.

Our opening hours are from 8 a.m. to 20 p.m. In case you should arrive or try to make a reservation outside opening hours, our staff will be available for you.

You return the car on the same place as pick up if not agree on a different drop off location.


You need a passport or an ID card, a valid driver's license and a valid credit card, or cash.

Upon reserving a car from our website, you would be required to pay a small amount (3-5%) of the total payment amount at our website while the rest of the payment is to be made at the rental desk when you present your voucher to collect your booked car.

Surely. Visit our office and choose a car among those, which are not booked before. However, we strongly recommend calling in advance to book preferable car in selected color. Booking is a guarantee of selected car will be available. Contact us and find out about vehicles in stock

Certainly, Adriatic RC will organize the delivery to the airport and back. The accepted means of payment are credit cards and cash. To prepare all the necessary documents and to book a car contact our manager.

Of course, you can. An international driving license allows you to travel all over Montenegro without any restrictions. Besides, an international driving license helps us to provide a security check and prepare all the necessary documents faster.

Our offices are located near the car washes and gasoline stations so you can fill the car to full or wash it. Renter undertakes to return the vehicle and the keys to the place and by date specified on the rental agreement in the same conditions as received and with the same equipment and accessories.

Contact our transport manager +(382) 69-41-42-43 and ask him for help. A replacement car will be provided to you to cover your rental length in case of the car is unable to be repaired.

We provide you with a vehicle with a full tank of fuel of a determined level of fuel mentioned in the Rental Agreement. Return of the vehicle with the same level of fuel tank is preferable. We will charge for filling service in case renter returns car with less gasoline from the amount supplied.

There are no stickers or any AD on our cars. It is easy to convince of that just take a look at real photos of our cars. Simply clicking an icon of a favorable car to see it in different colors.

You are able to drop off a car at our offices or any point in Montenegro. Additionally, payment for out-of-office drop off is required.
