Insurance
Our quotes include full insurance for drivers between 23 – 70 with a minimum of three years driving experience, all taxes and all additional drivers we have no hidden extras and a zero-excess policy.
Our insurance does not cover damage caused to our cars from off road driving or loss of car keys.
Accidents
To be covered fully by our insurance with zero excess all accidents must be reported immediately from the scene of the accident by telephone on+382 69 414243.
Payment
Payment is made on delivery of the car either by cash credit or debit card.
Fuel
The car is delivered with 1/2 a tank of fuel which is extra and paid for on delivery of the car, and left as empty as possible on departure.
Collecting Car
A representative from our company will greet you at arrivals where they will be holding a name board, they will take you straight to your car in the car park.
Our representative will wait at arrivals, if hirers are not out of customs within one hour and have not notified us by phone call on+38269 414243, booking will be cancelled.

Traffic fines are the responsibility of the hirer.
