In case of an accident, it is very important to first contact the police by calling 122 and then inform the Car Rental representatives. We will make sure to provide the road assistance and a replacement vehicle. You will have to fill in and sign all needed paperwork, provided by the police. Details about third parties involved in the accident should be submitted, as well.
In case you return your vehicle before the scheduled date and time, we will issue a refund for the remaining rental period.
In case the car is taken off-road, all insurances are null and void. Any potential vehicle damage attributed to off-road driving will be your responsibility, for an extra charge.

However, please bear in mind that during the summer season it is possible that we’ll be fully booked, and may not accommodate your request, due to availability issues. In those cases, we will try to provide you with a car from another car rental company.
